Students had their first library class today, and signed out a book to bring home.  Library books will be due back Thursday, October 5.

Today we had gym, and read about purple crayon, who was very upset that kids weren't colouring inside the lines.  Students did a purple page (with careful colouring) in their visual journals to make purple crayon feel better.  Students also worked hard at writing their names and making sure the letters all stood on the same line.

Students brought home a form for donations to the Terry Fox Foundation.  Students who with to donate may bring in a toonie, fill out a pledge form, or donate online.  We will be doing our walk on Tuesday afternoon.  A scholastic book order form also went home.  Orders may be completed online, or using the paper form.  Orders are due next Thursday, September 28.
